what can one eat? The answer is quite simple. Fresh fruits, whole grains, proteins in the form of pulses or eggs and fishes are quite the ideal types of food for those looking after their body. Remember, you need to make sure that you maintain a diet with these components on a regular basis. Having little junk food once in a while is not really that bad, so long as you work a little extra in your gym to burn it off. Keep at it and in no time you’ll have a body that you can flaunt.

Here's an isometric exercise that's one of my favorites. Take a deep breath and hold it. Tighten up your abs as hard as you can while slowly exhaling. Keep your abs REALLY TIGHT for 30 seconds if you can (being sure to exhale throughout -- and inhaling as needed -- you don't want to pass out by not breathing).

Later on in the day, do it again, only this time from a slouching position in a chair. Just do these 2 exercises daily (in addition to whatever you are already doing). You can even do them again at odd moments of the day if you want. You'll soon feel and see the results. And let me know how you like it!

Yes Yoga do it everyday and follow every rule you will have a body of a yogi and a hindu warrior. In ancient times warriors would practise yoga to gain not just strength but a balanced body. Dont spend your money into gyms tools instruments etc.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

The only remedy I know, put a six pack on your abs. . . TADA!!! :)
Well I think crunches, if done well are the universal exercise to get stronger abs. You have to do them as perfectly as you can and you have to do A LOT of them.

Also you need to have very low body fat, 5% or lower for them to even show, if you have more body fat, no matter how strong you get them they are not going to show.
