When I first read the question I thought it said what BLOOD typer do you think looks the best?

Anyway.. #1 for girls, ediets guy.

On girls i like to see healthy muscles, the #2 looks too skinny, at least #1 had healthy looking muscles(more bulk to her)

the guys I choose the second link picture because I like the healthier look to guys(and girls), that I and I couldn’t find a picture of my boyfriends body type (not really really toned, but average, healthy looking, with a little chub to him(like baby fat..kinda), none of those pictures really represented that

I am underweight (88lbs) and I KNOW if I could just gain a tiny bit of weight and I grow up some more (as in get bigger breasts) my body would probably look similar to hers
I already work out in a gym 3 days a week, I take pilate classes 6 days a week and I’m eating super healthy, lots of protein and carbs, vegetables, fruits, dairy..The problem is, I don’t wanna gain fat. I wanna stay slim and be toned.. How can I gain more weight and keep my body looking good?

I just REALLY want a body like megan’s

admin answers:

Your a bit young for such a toned/ripped body its to stress full on a growing and maturing body

If your going to do it anyways

point 1 – exercising 9 times a week is too much if your actually pushing yourself
point 2 – and if you not pushing yourself that’s the fist problem
point 3 – Lift weights get a good body-building routine
point 4 – just because your thin/small doesn’t mean you can have a ripped toned body – you must get you body fat % down really low – odds are your bf% is too high right now
point 5 – don’tbe afraid to lift weights its not like your gonna wwake upone morning and be like dam overnight my arms got huge lol – its takes aall ofof time if you eventually start getting too muscular then start to worry ddon’teven think about it at the beginning

*** right now i think the most important thing for you to do is put on some weight and muscle including some fat – once your a decent size start cutting the fat off your body – because at your weight if you start cutting it will be extremely unhealthy

To guys: What weight do you like on a girl?

Do you like the super slim?

The voluptuous?

Or does it even matter?

Girls try so hard to be sexually appealing, but is super skinny really the way to go? Personally, I don’t find it sexy. So I’m trying to make a point and trying to bust the myth that guys want the super skinny.

Thanks.

admin answers:

Definitely your average girl type that you posted. I could go slightly over or above because looks isn’t everything on a girl. But I figure appearance indicates something about a girls personality and thinking as well her ability to work with what she was born with.

I would avoid a potential girlfriend if she was one of those super skinny models (barely more than a skeleton with skin) or if she looked like she worked out with weights and a bowflex machine every day.

I like the wholesome “girl next door” look. Your “average” size picture was just about the right size.

Good selection of girls for example i thinkthereforeiam.

The second video

Robert asks…

Is this the right path to getting a six pack?

i do 100 sit ups a day, about 15 minutes of sprinting in place, alot of baseball, a low diet but with lots of protein will i get a six pack… Also I am 5.5 and weigh 117 pounds and i have less than 7% body fat

admin answers:

You gotta be careful with the protein. Too much will get you fat, too little will not let you grow. ( you do want to grow don’t you? )

Aim at eating good dietary fiber for breakfast, that’s plenty of protein to replenish your abs, but leave the big protein for lunch on EXTRA HARD days. Don’t go about giving yourself too much protein, otherwise your body won’t know what to do with it.

Also, abs don’t come by quantity, they come by quality. If you want a six pack, stop doing so many situps. It’s ironic, but it’s true. Aim at doing lots of sets (say, eight sets of fifty situps, alternating between side to side and simple). But do the situps WELL. That means doing them real Slow and Painful.

Bend your knees always (your straight abdominal muscle is the strongest muscle in your body, and can easily damage your vertebral column). Move your thorso toward the ceiling while not flexing your neck forward. Don’t touch the floor with your back. And don’t go too far forward either, there’s no point. That’s all there is to it, move yourself vertically and focus on slowness and really crunching your abs each and every time.

One last thing, if you don’t let your muscles to rest, they will never develop, as the exercise you do when they are developing is analogous to a boy stomping on an anthill, and the ants trying each time to make it complete. You stop your own success. Give em time, but when you exercise, give em a HELL of a time!

Sharon asks…

How long will it take for me to get a six pack?

I am very in shape,i am a first degree black belt in karate,im 14 and I am about 6-1.I have been doing around 200 crunches, and around 50 leg raises, and about 20 minutes on my stationary bike, and run for about 10 minutes.

admin answers:

Everyone with ab muscles has a “six pack,” which is simply the rectus abdominus muscles. They’re the ones right in front of the abs that everyone notices on someone thin and fit. To make them move obvious, you lose the fat around the midsection, so increasing the cardio is your best option. Add another 15-20 minutes to your run and see if that makes a difference in the next few weeks.

And since you’re only 14, you might still be outgrowing your “baby fat,” especially if you’re a boy. You might find your abs more defined as you get older and continue working out.

Richard asks…

How can i personally get a six pack?

I’m a 16 year old female. I weigh 120 lbs.
My body fat percentage (BMI) is 21.

Also 5 days a week I fast walk around an hour and twenty minutes.

If sit-ups and crunches are involved in your answer explain how to do them..
like straight up and down turn to the left the the right?
And how often and reps and all that good stuff.
i am also 5’2
my body fat percentage is 21 exactly and my BMI is 21.9

admin answers:

Well the best way to work your abs is to do crunches for you mid section i would recommend either doing them on the floor, decline bench strengthens your abs really well, also you can use the ball and do them on the ball. The ball is good so you don’t strain your back and it’s rather comfortable. Going to the left and right is for your obliques the sides so I recommend doing a few sets of those anywhere from 12 to 20 reps per set. You can also use weights on crunches to strengthen your abs even more. I say begin doing crunches 25 reps per set do 4 sets …. 4 sets in the middle, 4 sets on the right, 4 sets on the left, also I would do reverse crunches for your lower abs and by a body bar to do twists to also work your obliques. As well as doing exercises like the one I have explained I would recommend cutting all fatty and sweet foods from your diet. You are what you eat so if you eat healthy you will see results quicker as then eating crap. Also I recommend eating carbohydrates but limit the carbs you eat I would eat good carbs no White bread, white rice, or white pasta…try to stay with all whole grains. Cardio is good to do after you do your ab workout. So run or do whatever you feel is necessary afterwards. Hope my information was helpful.

Your Questions About How To Get A Six Pack Easy

Nancy asks…

How to get a six pack easy?

IM turning 13 =in two months and what i really want is a six pack so i can walk around shirtless at my party, lol and i want ripped arms to, and pecs

admin answers:

Well guess what, you’ve come to the right place. Do a lot of running if you’re fat, if you’re not, just do a little running. Have a good diet, if you don’t you’ll be as fat as a hippo. For your abs, do sit-ups, but lift your legs to get those deep, hard-to-reach lower abs. By the way use your arms to get your head up otherwise, you’ll put strain on your neck. Your arms and pecs require the same exercise, push-ups and bench pressing. Don’t lift too heavy and don’t do the exercises too long. I was told if you lift too heavy, you’ll stunt your growth. Maybe not for non-weight exercises, but just to be on the safe side, don’t push yourself beyond the limit. All of this counts for big, bad muscles. Don’t get angry if your muscles don’t come instantly, I did sit-ups, and in a few weeks, I was totally ripped.

Mandy asks…

Easy six pack in short time?

I am 14, weigh 120, am fit(i think), and want to get a six pack but dont know how. i usually do 15-30 push ups and 30-45 sit ups a nite before bed but still no results. help?

admin answers:

First of all, start cutting out crappy food. You should begin to start drinking only water and lots of protein throughout the day. Don’t do your sit-ups at night, do them in the morning or in the middle of the day and then have some food high in protein. Also try to incorporate some other forms of weight lifting into your exercise.

I advise to not do a specified amount. Do the workout until you feel that if you do anymore, you won’t be able to move. Try to do your crunches slower, you will feel a greater burn. Also do different types of cruches, all parts of the abs are important. Do normal crunches, reverse crunches (moving legs, body stays still), double crunches (moving your legs both to the ground and up while you do a normal crunch, essentually normal and double crunches combined), bicycles (put your hands behind your head and touch opposite knees while your legs move forwards and backwards,) leg lifts (bringing your legs perpendicular to the floor and then bringing them down without touching the floor), and flutter kicks (raising your legs 6 inches off the ground and do the flutter kick, not raising your legs too high and always keeping your hands by your side). Any combination of these will do the trick.

Also keep in mind the abs are some of the trickiest muscles in the body. Constant, hard workouts are needed to maintain them.

i got abs but no six pack and crunches are hard and dont seem to work,so how can i get a six pack easier?

crunches are just so hard painfull tell me how to get a six pack

Its genetics, son.

I am 6’1″ and i went from 240 pounds down to 180 pounds. Ate 100% correctly, did my weights, my cardio.

At best, i had a tight stomach. With a little bit of “lines” in it so you can see some abs. But i NEVER had a six pack. And i never will. Its just not in my genetics.

Your Questions About To Get A Six Pack In A Month

Lisa asks…

Is it possible for me to get a six pack in a month to two months?

I am 14, I am willing to work my butt off to get good abs. If I can’t accomplish the six pack please tell me what I can do to get at least decent abs? In July is camp and Right now I already don’t feel comfortable taking my shirt off but I want to lose that feeling.

admin answers:

I would bet you could do it in 2-3 months time but you have to do them every day. The trick to abs is doing NOT JUST ONE EXERCISE for your Abs….you have to alternate exercises for your abs so that they don’t get used to the same exercise, so alternate. They should least pretty decent in 2 months and your well on your way to a 6 pack by the 3rd month for sure! Good Luck and Have Fun at camp!

Ken asks…

Is it possible for me to get a six pack in a month?

Okay so it’s about a month from halloween and me and some friends are dressing up as spartans from 300. I want to get a six pack without having to draw one on like my other friends. I’m in pretty good shape and you can kind of see a six pack on occasion but it’s not DEFINED. Is it possible to get there in a month? Thanks

admin answers:

Doing hundreds of crunches a day won’t do anything to actually build the ab muscles out. Like building any muscle you need it to be fatiguing anywhere from 8-15 reps meaning you need to add weight or make it a high intensity bodyweight exercise. These 3 exercises here should be a good start: http://www.mensfitness.co.uk/exercise/abs/1926/3step_abs_rotation_exercises.html
I would recommend that you hold the weight behind your head instead of right in front of you for the crunches, it will up the intensity quite a bit, esp if you only have lighter weights to use.

Steven asks…

Is it possible to get a six pack of abs in six months?

I’m a male, 6 feet tall and 160 pounds. I was originally 150 pounds but gained 10 pounds during my freshman year of college due to stress. I now have a small tummy because of this. I would really like to get back into shape for march of next year for spring break. If I exercise and eat right, is it possible for me to get a six pack in 6 months?

admin answers:

It is possible to get a six pack in 6 months. Its possible to get it in 3 months. It will take alot of work and you can’t cheat.

Work your abs on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Do 4 sets of more than 25 reps per exercise. Try situps, 6 inches, mason twist and bicycles.

6 inches is when you lift your legs up 6 inches while laying down on your back. Try to hold it for atleast half a minute.

Mason Twist is when you sit on your butt while lifting your legs up alittle. Put your hands together and alternate sides by hitting the floor.

Bicycles is when you sit on your butt with your hands holding on the floor. Turn your legs like your riding a bicycle.

Remember to do some cardio everyday because you need to loose the fat. Just doing those exercises will only strengthen your stomach. By doing cardio, eating correctly and working your stomach your abs will defiantly show up in 6 months.

Good Luck and I know that you can do it.

Your Questions About How To Get A 6 Pack In 2 Weeks

Michael asks…

How to get a 6 pack in 2 weeks?

I been trying to get a 6 pack for two years!!! I been working out for two weeks!!! Still nothing!!! HELP!!!

admin answers:

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

cheers and i cant afford the gym it annoying!

and also if you can fit it in muscles!!!!!!
weights but any techniques i have some 1.5 kg weights (2 pairs!)

admin answers:

“Fast” and “flat” are relative. How “fast” you get a flat stomach will depend on a lot of things such as:

1. How much you exercise

2. What exercises you do

3. How old you are

4. What you eat

5. How much rest you get

6. The shape you are in when you start

7. The genes you inherited from you mom and dad

You get my point. Two people can start today to work on getting that flat stomach and one could be there in six weeks, and the other could take six months…or more.

“Flat” is going to vary a little from person to person…not only in what they CAN achieve with the right exercises and so on, but in terms of what they WANT to achieve. Some people want the six-pack abs ripped and shredded to the max, while some just want to stop drooping over the waistband of their bathing suit.

Tip 1: Stay hydrated. First of all, what you perceive as hunger is often actually thirst. Some people snack a lot because their bodies are crying out for water. Also, not drinking enough water can slow your basic metabolic rate, and that means that it is harder to burn the fat on your stomach. We’ll talk more about that later.

Tip 2: Get your rest. By this, I mean SLEEP!! Your body will respond best to ANY sort of exercise program from weightlifting to yoga if it gets the rest it needs. Not only will you be able to perform better after a good night’s rest, but it will help your body get on with the business of resculpting your muscles, wherever they may be.

Tip 3: Get the proper nutrition. This means not only the right foods, but in the right quantities at the right times. A tip inside this tip is to try to eat several small meals a day rather than two or three big ones. Foods should be high in protein, but don’t neglect the carbs. You need those for energy. Shoot for complex carbs. The rule of thumb is that the closer it is to natural, i.e. Apple vs. Apple pie, the more complex the carbs. Ice cream is NOT complex.

Tip 4: Exercise your stomach muscles. Your “stomach muscles” are actually made up mainly of three sets of muscles. Each one is in a different position, and has a different job to do. By the same token, developing each set of muscles will require you to do specific exercises for that set of muscles.

The three sets of muscles are the rectus abdominis (the six pack down the middle of your body from ribcage to groin), the transversus abdominus (TVA) which runs from back to front and holds everything in place, and the obliques (internal and external) which lie on the side.

Exercises for the rectus abdominis:

1. The crunch: You know this one, right? On your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor close to your buttocks. Put your hands beside your head or across your chest and curl your head and shoulders up toward your knees. You can increase the difficulty by holding a weight behind your head, putting your feet up on something, or by holding your feet in the air as you crunch. I recommend hands “beside” the head rather than “behind” as this may help prevent injury from pulling on the head and shoulders as you try to knock out a few more. Before you begin each crunch, try to flatten your lower back to the floor. When you have curled up to the maximum position, hold that position for a second and then try to curl just a little more. You might be surprised to find that you may be able to go just a little farther.

2. The reverse crunch: In basic crunches, you keep your feet and legs still while curling your head and shoulders up. In reverse crunches, you begin on your back with your hands at your sides on the floor with your knees elevated towards your chest. The movement is merely pulling (crunching) the knees towards your head while keeping head and shoulders in place.

Exercise the transversus abdominus:

The vacuum: Practitioners of yoga will recognize part of Cat Pose (Bidalasana) in the vacuum exercise. In fact, the movement can be done standing, hanging (by your hands of course), or on hands and knees as in the cat pose. It is pretty simple. You just slowly exhale, using your abdominal muscles to draw your navel in as far towards your spine as possible and hold for a few seconds and then let it go. Slowly build your way up to a couple of sets of twenty holds.

Exercise the obliques:

More good news! You really don’t want to work these incredibly hard unless you want a WIDE waist! While strong, healthy obliques are good to have, power lifters and people like that are the ones who will really WANT to develop their obliques to the max.

Side bends with dumbbells are probably the most common form of exercise for these muscles.

Exercise the entire core:

Again, a yoga pose, slightly modified, will help tighten and tone the entire core. Known in yoga as Plank pose and also called Abdominal Bracing, this is an easy to perform yet highly effective exercise when done over time.

Lie face down on the floor with your toes touching the floor as if you were going to do a pu

Pec Exercise: Incline Dumbbell Press

www.scoobysworkshop.com Video clip showing proper form of the incline dumbbell press exercise for chest. This variation of the basic dumbbell press is a great mass builder also, just another twist to keep your muscles guessing. If you dont have an incline bench you can make one by securely tying a 2×8 to a coffeetable as I have done here. This exercise is best done with a spotter. If you are working out alone, use lighter weight and higer reps for safety. As withany dumbbell exercise, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don’t use too much weight, if you can’t do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud “one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand” on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. The reason this exercise method maximizes your muscle growth is because it confines the motion to the muscle you are trying to work out, if your body squirms, swings, and kicks, all you are doing is taking the focus away from the muscle you are trying to exercise. Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. For more information on home
