Your Questions About To Get A Six Pack In A Month

Lisa asks…

Is it possible for me to get a six pack in a month to two months?

I am 14, I am willing to work my butt off to get good abs. If I can’t accomplish the six pack please tell me what I can do to get at least decent abs? In July is camp and Right now I already don’t feel comfortable taking my shirt off but I want to lose that feeling.

admin answers:

I would bet you could do it in 2-3 months time but you have to do them every day. The trick to abs is doing NOT JUST ONE EXERCISE for your Abs….you have to alternate exercises for your abs so that they don’t get used to the same exercise, so alternate. They should least pretty decent in 2 months and your well on your way to a 6 pack by the 3rd month for sure! Good Luck and Have Fun at camp!

Ken asks…

Is it possible for me to get a six pack in a month?

Okay so it’s about a month from halloween and me and some friends are dressing up as spartans from 300. I want to get a six pack without having to draw one on like my other friends. I’m in pretty good shape and you can kind of see a six pack on occasion but it’s not DEFINED. Is it possible to get there in a month? Thanks

admin answers:

Doing hundreds of crunches a day won’t do anything to actually build the ab muscles out. Like building any muscle you need it to be fatiguing anywhere from 8-15 reps meaning you need to add weight or make it a high intensity bodyweight exercise. These 3 exercises here should be a good start: http://www.mensfitness.co.uk/exercise/abs/1926/3step_abs_rotation_exercises.html
I would recommend that you hold the weight behind your head instead of right in front of you for the crunches, it will up the intensity quite a bit, esp if you only have lighter weights to use.

Steven asks…

Is it possible to get a six pack of abs in six months?

I’m a male, 6 feet tall and 160 pounds. I was originally 150 pounds but gained 10 pounds during my freshman year of college due to stress. I now have a small tummy because of this. I would really like to get back into shape for march of next year for spring break. If I exercise and eat right, is it possible for me to get a six pack in 6 months?

admin answers:

It is possible to get a six pack in 6 months. Its possible to get it in 3 months. It will take alot of work and you can’t cheat.

Work your abs on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Do 4 sets of more than 25 reps per exercise. Try situps, 6 inches, mason twist and bicycles.

6 inches is when you lift your legs up 6 inches while laying down on your back. Try to hold it for atleast half a minute.

Mason Twist is when you sit on your butt while lifting your legs up alittle. Put your hands together and alternate sides by hitting the floor.

Bicycles is when you sit on your butt with your hands holding on the floor. Turn your legs like your riding a bicycle.

Remember to do some cardio everyday because you need to loose the fat. Just doing those exercises will only strengthen your stomach. By doing cardio, eating correctly and working your stomach your abs will defiantly show up in 6 months.

Good Luck and I know that you can do it.

Your Questions About Abs Six Pack Program

Donald asks…

the truth about six pack abs program?

alright, i have been doing allot of research on a program called the truth about six pack abs program and i was just wondering if you have tried it and if it has worked for you?if you have any answers or you have used it please share your experience .also a big question of mine is can you do the program to lose weight without gaining all that bulky muscle?i really only want a flat stomach not a six pack.

admin answers:

Truth About Abs is basically a book that gives you informaiton about the best ways to reduce stomach fat and get more toned & defined abs. Most people just do situps or crunches to try and get 6 pack abs, but the reality is that you need to do some more clever things like boost your metabolism and make your weights routines more targeted.

The TAA program is O.K but it’s really just a guide. Its real benefit is to brush aside all the bogus information out on the Internet and give you the truth about getting abs– and how to “shortcut” to get them easily.

I was struggling to get six pack abs but started using the Truth about abs program and it worked very well for me. You can see how it worked here: http://www.beach-body-secrets.com

Donna asks…

What are the special workouts and metabolism-facts in the book called “The Truth about Six Pack Abs Program”?

If there is anymore information in the book that is important please let me know. Thanks!

admin answers:

Just choose 1 exercise each for Upper, Lower, Obliques, Core. That and going surfing/snowboarding/boxing/swimming lots will help.

Joseph asks…

TRUTH ABOUT SIX PACK ABS PROGRAM

Does anyone have a copy of or know where to get a copy of the truth about six pack abs ebook program for free. I am really trying to get healthy I just dont have the money to spend right now on buying the program because everything is going towards school. So if any of you can please post or e-mail me a link or attached copy of the program I would greatly appreciate it.

admin answers:

Truth? Haha, dude trust me when I say this. You really don’t need that program, it’s not gonna help at all. Try this:

Go for a run every morning (to slim down so your abs will be visible)

Then do these exercises in this order:

1. Leg lifts http://www.wikihow.com/Do-Leg-Lifts

2. Side crunches http://www.fitnessandfreebies.com/exercise/exercises/side_crunches.html

3. Normal crunches http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKg_cdwq9l4

Leg lifts for lower abs, side crunches for core, and normal crunches for upper abs.
Follow this workout and you will see results.
Try to run everyday, and do this workout regime as often as your body can take it.

Good luck!

Ken asks…

what is the truth about six pack abs main program all about?

i was actually searching for how to reduce stomach fat and i was directed to visit truth about abs site but still i need more clarity. My first son’s tummy is too big and i will like to help him out.

admin answers:

This is one of the main products being sold by an “affiliate marketing” network. THousands of people on the internet are all trying to make money selling this “program”. It is a complete waste of time.

Once people join the network, the only way they can recoup their fee is to sell this program. So they push it everywhere.

The “truth” is that you have to do sit-ups and run and not eat too much. But you already knew that.

Your Questions About How To Get A Six Pack For Girls

Helen asks…

question about how people would react o a 13 year old with a six pack, girls and guys please?

i was just wondering about how people would react if they found out that I had abs or a six-pack, I don’t but lately I have been exercising and I will probably have one in a few months. Please no comments, I do weights and sit ups, and eventually I think i will have abs, so please no comment on that, thanks.
Here are my 3 main questions:
1) GUYS: what would your reaction be if I was in the change room getting changed for Sport or something, and you saw I had abs, would you comment or not?
2) GIRLS if you somehow found out I had abs (like in swimming or at a pool/beach or something like that) how would you react?
3)how would you react to a 13 year old with abs at all?
wall flower, times have changed, not that many 13-year-olds have six-packs, but still, thanks for the answer.
and daniel…im a guy.

admin answers:

What you do with your appearance is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. If you bulk up because you are narcissistic, people will catch on to that and will not like you for it. If you exercise because you want to be at your best, have a healthy self-worth, and enjoy being with others that do, people who take the time to know you will find that quality attractive. Honestly, how many people are going to see your abs, anyway?

Charles asks…

Mary asks…

How do girls get six pack abs?

All the guys on my CC team had serious six-packs,and the girls did not. Most of the girls ate less and ran just as hard so it is pretty obvious that it is much harder for girls to get a six-pack. I’ve seen it though occasionally. My question is, how do you do it?
the smart blonde is fucking genius

admin answers:

Basically, abs won’t show if your Body Fat Percentage is above, say, 10-12%. Men naturally have a lower BFP. An athletic man would have about 8% BFP, while an athletic woman would have a number closer to 15. To drive down this number you’d need to avoid fatty and high-carb foods (not entirely, of course, just so that you’re burning more calories than you’re taking on). You’d need to manage your diet carefully so as to maximize fat burning. Basically this means eating few or (preferably) no carbs 4 hours or so before bed, and trying not to eat at all within a couple of hours before bed (unless it’s something like non-fat cottage cheese, which is an excellent source of the slow-absorbing casein protein). Also, cardio, while important, is not necessarily the best way to eliminate excess fat. Resistance training (weight lifting) has been shown to keep your metabolism higher for longer (up to three hours after a work out) than cardio (which only raises your metabolism for as long as you’re actually working out). A good workout program that combines these types of exercises with a well-planned diet is the best route to abs.

Keep in mind, too, that when you start working with weights more you’ll want to increase your protein intake (and maybe also your glutamine intake) so as to keep those muscles healthy and growing. And be careful not to overtrain! Never work the same primary muscle group two days running! Gains are made in the off days, and you’ll only rip the muscle fibers to the point of injury.

admin answers:

Loosing unwanted weight is always very difficult. When we eat we fill our cells. If we are taking in more than we are burning off the cells will multiply. The fat cells will never go away. They will shrink when we lose weight but if the bad eating habits return the fat cells will expand quickly. This is why people gain weight back so quickly after a crash diet. There’s not secrete to losing weight. Always boils down to two things. 1.) Proper diet. Including portion amount, time of intake, what foods you’re eating. I have read every diet book and tried most of them twice. I’m not over weight, but like to have a tight 6 pack. I have also been to a nutritionist only to better what I’m eating. What I’ve found over the years is that you need to balance your meals and eat several meals. Eating once or twice a day sends your body into a mode where it thinks you are going to starve and it will store everything instead of burning calories your forcing it to keep them in storage. Eating several small times a day increases the metabolism. It forces your body and digestive system to go to work. Avoid sugars and excess carbohydrates. I have had the best results this year when I started eating things based on the glycemic index. Which will help control insulin and glucose. Insulin also makes the body store food. Snack on mixed nuts, raw veggies or fruits. 2.) Working out. (Cardio mixed with weight training will produce best results. Cardio 1st will increase heart rate and core temperature. Follow with some weight training. You will burn more calories and have a more intense training session.)
This is an example of what I eat. I’m not saying I’m perfect; this is what works for me.
Breakfast: I’ll eat one pack of low sugar oatmeal. I prefer cinnamon and apples. Sometimes I’ll cut up a banana or put some frozen blue berry’s mixed in. I’ll boil eggs the night before and eat 3 egg whites for the added protein.
Lunch: I can of tuna fish, I like to cut up red pepper, onions, celery, and I’ll add some egg whites left over from breakfast. I’ll eat this with one slice of wheat bread. Nature best has some healthy bread. White bread has no nutritional value. I’ll have my tuna with an apple or pear. Both are lower on the glycemic index.
Dinner: I’ll have some kind of meat. I prefer chicken or I’ll grill fish. Different kinds of color rice and I’ll have some kind of vegetable.
I could write all day, but the best advice I can give you is to control your portion intake and eat more times a day.

Jenny asks…

good six pack ab workout.?

yea i want a good ab workout i can do to get myself some nice toned abs. give me a good one plz

admin answers:

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Paul asks…

what is more important to get a six pack? ab workouts? diet? or cardio?

I have a good diet, I do ab workouts 3 times a week and go jogging for 20 min for 3 times a week. I am looking forward to looking ripped this summer any suggestions? I also have a upper body workout I do 3 times a week.

admin answers:

For a six pack, ab workouts are the most important of the three. But of course you need lots of protien and carbs too. And if you don’t do cardio and stretch, your body’s functioning will always be lackluster no matter how good it looks.
