I could not do 5 minutes of this exercise. I’m out of shape. I am 27 years old, 5’4 and 145 pounds and a mother. I am not a bad sound. . but the last time I exercised I was in high school (10 years). : PVoy continue to do everything I can every day though. Do not give up. And Nicole is a very good coach. I continue to practice:)

The important thing, really enjoy your videos is that you have no music. I know this may be weird but I like music with my training, because I like watching TV or pay attention to news or whatever. Your interval training are the BEST, especially for me because I’m very last minute. I will try to maintain this situation until you get my fitness back: D
Well, this is the goal for a high intensity for you to get a good workout in a short period of time. It is best for those who rush in the morning (like me: P). . . to each his own, I suppose.
I have a damn scared, I’m burning a little thin and I do not do much cardio I did not need, I’m lifting 2-3 times a week, but I still feel like I want do some cardio health, well if I do jump rope 2-3 times a week too?

10 minutes? It’s like not enough! I do 30-40 minutes of jumping rope in the morning.
I love this course. You have a training approach of Nice. Alentadores.Y type but I like it short, we can not postpone this exercise if I have a busy day, but you can make a long and repetition. Thank you for making this video.
