Amazing, Thank you for this video. . I’ve already got some ab muscles. . well we all have, what I mean is I can feel them when I lie down. . . from this other vid but that was so mind numbing. I find this good for daily use and I can feel a stretch so I think it’s going to be fabulous and I’d be interested in yr other videos too.

if you are not burn make it slowly it not should be 12 you can make 25 or 45 its up to you if you want to make you stomick more fit you can make more exercise. thank you >
