Training at such a young age is bad for you, you are still in their growth and may actually be bad for you at a later age. .
Just start doing. . when you feel pain, thats is how you start, when it is painful to try to make 30 – over 50. . Each day we try to grow.

kk Heres the deal, work your abdominal muscles, your abs and obliques (HIPS), it will make your abs more important. instead of the middle cross, “” sort of way that will have the full package anywhere. If you do hardcore like 3-4 days a week and eat well, and then only take 2-3 weeks. good luck:)
can someone plz plz answer! I I am very skinny and im 6′0 160 pounds and have a 6 percent body fat obtained packages top 2. . So if you start doing so for how long will it take to get ?!?!?! Nice 6pack someone plz answer! Oh, and for how long should I do when I do that? only 8 minutes?

Yes, but in most people, it generally shows a pack of about 10% body fat. For an eight pack, I think we should drop to around 4-5%

That’s not right. All human beings of this world have 12 abdominal muscles. For a set of eight or even ten pack, you need to reduce their body fat percentage. And the three main things to reduce your body fat is: Cardio (HIIT recommend) resistance training and healthy diet (rich in protein, fiber, low carb, low fat, etc.)

@ Logicalrat no. . . You have 8, but the 2 lower abs are the hardest to prove, Id say work on the bottom of the oblique and do some leg raises

hey it was a good question, people said it very well could be a package of 12, but 8 is 6-pack abs oblique 2 below ok now I did more research, said 12 lizards packages you have ABS 6 and 2 are oblique bottom to resemble a pack of 8 (ABS), but its future is good, not as a defect in the A: Yes P Hope it helps!
