I already had too. Try to bend your hands (joint locking) and their inclusion in the neck rather than under the head as he does in the video. I found that this helps keep my neck and head. So when I came down to using my mind to do the work, which also helped.

This is a good exercise, but honestly I suggest to 2 times per day, once fully not enough, tho always helps, but it is efficient rlly 2 and 2 or 3 is
