Do not perform this exercise if it is the case with your spine. It’sa lot of pressure on the back. . . in this channel there are exercises that are less intense in the back. . . all ab exercises are the first three pages of canals, check and see what suits you
I have a similar problem, my spine slight pull on the back and goes into the ground, and it is a painful experience for me.
