good vid but teh form on some exercises is poor – the kick ups are particularly bad

It will take atleast 6 Weeks for u to see result and dont start off with like Doing 50 of each start off with like 20 of each then 30 and soo on

never work ur abs before a work out because it tires your back also so u can injure urself always do ur abs last
if you want to have abs, you must have proper diet, plus exercise, this guy has been working on the gym maybe more than 2 years already
I’m 16 and I’m doing this every day. With this work out is enough for all the muscles I mean around the abs?
@sledgehammerer1 -im 13 and no matter what workout im doing, i always do abotu 100 reps of the first 8 excercises done in this video about 5 days a week, then move on to the specialized workout. . . . i. e pecs or arms.
But id reccomend a matt or something for cushion, this killed my ass bone when i tried on my floor.

Someone whos been doing this, im def doing the side crunch wrong cause i fele fuck all when i do it, any suggestions?
The workouts, if done in succession, will do more then if you stop it and do more reps of each, the continuation is what does the dmg. My friend and I have worked so hard that we got sick, working through the sickness as well. XD It;s unhealthy, but I get addictive to physical exercise. Don’t turn into one of me! XDD

Trying to get my lower abs to pop, theyre close.
This workout definatly kills the abs, and thats a good thing.
Done it for the past two workouts, already feel hungry to go continue it in the gym.
how often do you this workout? i usually do like every 3rd day
