you guys need to do 3 sets of these 8 ab workouts and need to bend in farther too, youll get a visible six pack in more than a week and keep doing them or youll lose them, these don’t just pop up out of nowhere

The ‘iron gym’ doorway pull up bar with ab straps is best. Hanging knee raises from it will give your upper and lower abs a killer workout. Check out my abs, i never do sit ups or crunches. i eat very small portions every 2-3 hours instead of 3 meals a day.

when im laying down i can somewhat see my abs but when i bend down they not visible. should i do more cardio or do i just need to have tighter abs
Try putting a pillow under your head when your doing the excersizes that involve your neck moving.

instead of doing crunches, do core exercises, they burn calories AND improve your overall strength

if you are a bit chubby try to lose weight first, if not then do it once a day 5 or 6 times a week giving your self a day or two to rest. After you work out rest well because thats when your muscles grow, when you rest, but they only grow if you work them out, good luck.
i used to have the problem but figured out that if you put the weight and pressure on your neck it is going to hurt, focus more on putting the pressure on your abs. (stomach) when you do the exercise, your neck should feel minor pain if you do it right, keep on trying and good luck.
