When I do abs (at 2:40 in the video) My neack hurts a little. My gym instructor said to hold my head with a towel, but it does not work. Am I something wrong?
‘ve Never done. I am also a vegetarian and I eat very clean. I get the minimum number of calories per day. (1200) if it’s not like I eat like a pig or anything. . I do not understand why I can tone and what really frustrated.

@ Vanillabreeze2 very good question! Remember. . . you can not spot reduce, but “can” sculpt field. consistently stressed that the plan is so important. Remember to eat clean, do cardio when you are in their area the best cardiovascular and create a calorie deficit. 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. . . by what it takes to burn 500 calories per day to burn a book in one week. I want so much to have a perfect body, but does not seem possible to me! So when I work I find myself breaking llorar.Estoy A 154 pounds 15 years! And I think this is very frustrating!
