i cant do just 1st exercise :S
We have to do all of this EVERY cheer practice! i I got all kinds if muscles in one week! this really works!

I Like the Routine , It gives a Whole body a Workout and builds endurance aswell. Personally I Train 20 Mins Interval Carido in the Morning everyday on a Empty Stomach, but this is I liked this Program, Very nice to Share these moves with all the People.
i wonder how a fat guy can perform 45 reps. . .
it will take very long just to make the 45 and then rest 30 secs between the sets.

)) You can’t do this whole series as recommended (45 sec exercise, 15 sec break) unless you are in good shape in terms of cardio + low fat rate. Start like 30 sec exercise, 30 sec break (or shorter exercise maybe) and then make your way up to the recommended periods.
My fat is in hell right now >:) THIS WORKS!

If you’re just starting to work out, do a modification:
example. the shuttle push up you can substitute with a regular push up instead. The jumping lunge, do step forward or backward stepping lunges, the body row –> do dumbbell dead rows.
Move up to more challenging techniques once you are comfortable with the basics.
