I love when people say love eating junk food because they could die Tomasa. When, in reality, many people in America perentage preventable diseases caused by poor diet and habits. I do not understand why people might think they can eat what they want, provided training. . Yes, if you want to keep or get some every two weeks or more. . I will never return to how I used to eat or to treat my body. I weighed 270. I changed my eating habits for life. and started to work 6-7 days a week. as often as I can. is how I do things now. I am proud to say that I am at 180 today. I have reached a ceiling, but I stay healthy.
