@ Test creeperreaper71 6 min abs workout, well worth a try as the video says to do so until the final break, which will make your abs rock hard: P of course try to stay at least 20 do not give up less than 20 after 20 attempts to do so until you really can not do it anymore.

I do not know about this person. . . think it would be more of a drive arm toning. . ill try. . I also got my dudaspsi the idea of some form of cardiovascular exercise (in which case the blows) between every workout
Wow. You just have that six pack by doing this? I need help. How can I get my abs to the curve in yours like? My stomach is four abs, but only in the corners a bit on top. I tried all the abdominal and chrunches But Im not seeing the results I want.

This guy got to the point – there’s no way you could build ripped abs without training the whole body! You have to get rid of the body fat in the first place before you can even dream of your abs showing up. Doing only crunches all the time is not enough.
