guys just want six pack work at home. . . . Machines or anything, physical training. . . . KNO UoU that can send video with a spectacular exercise THT I can get up to six pack? I do 3 sets, 30 push UPS daily and 3 sets of crunches on the floor, 50 lap each game, but the soil is hard and the pain. . So, is there a way to do it standing, without machines THT I want to meet u and tell me =)
