This video is for them and anyone else who want defined abs. I see people all the time doing tons of sit ups and crunches and not getting results. I believe the key is adding heavy weight to your routine. I do the lifts shown 8 to 10 reps for 3 sets. I do this workout every other day.

@ Latinjoker8194 they work every day. I added a lot to my routine, I do not want to stabilize. I work for them 45 minutes to an hour.
tarasdv @. You can put strain on your back. Having a strong back is less important for this type of routine. You can start with a lighter weight. Low back injuries are not good.
How often you work your abs? And for how long?

I eat six or seven times a day. Just for the food clean and good turning protein drinks and meals a few hours. I do cardio, except for riding my bike to class and do not really count. I started with a plate of twenty-five pounds of realized I could make a plate of 45 pounds. So I went dumbbells and eventually worked my way to a hundred pounds.
