Hello, I have not heard that. Ab work helps to strengthen and tone your abs and keep your belly in. He squats target your buttocks, thighs, quadriceps, hamstrings. Its nucleus is involved in the exercise, but this is not a major abdominal exercise.
what Ive found to work much better than regular exercise is yoga. its expansion and working without tiring so easily. Ive been doing a few months and I’ve also seen significant results. I tried this and its great!

Hello, that things could like fish, beans, eggs, tofu, nuts. They all have a lot of protein. Nuts are high in fat that you want to have small amounts if you try to lose weight.

@ YouTips4UEn actually did, at 30 minutes of interval training, I think that is what its name in tredmill THR. And I ate healthy, but now I am a diet of fruit and Strick ocassionly eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, and vegetable soup for dinner. with snacks such as almonds and other fruits and vegetables and tons of water. its very disheartening to not be seeing the results, however.

I did that, every few repetitions until I come and keep him as 5 seconds, I’ll just start over 10 seconds on each repetition, lol
