Alycia Hi! I am a bit of trouble with the reduction of “bra overhang.” I’m doing 45-60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine and stationary bike three times a week and rowing exercises and some work with free weights. I dropped three dress sizes since the beginning of this routine in April this year, but the projection of the fixing alias “greater love handles do not seem to move. Are there specific exercises that should be used to fight against this problem? Thank you and well. Soul

honestly, I dropped a lot of weight to run, but did nothing to flatten the stomach is not big, I do not have a gut, but I have not the stomach tight on its the only thing that is kind of aggrivating like everything else has changed, except my stomach. @ MsSeverusSnapexoxo I reassess their shape. is a very common pain in neck when performing abdominal operations, if you pull your head forward (chin to chest when the crack). Try to design an orange or a grapefruit under the chin to do sit-ups, so keep your chin to your chest. The goal is to flex, or bend, around his waist, not the neck.
