Not only that. . . Your body takes energy to digest food so you’ll end up being weaker overall and less likely to do as good as you would if you hadn’t eaten.

@Penguinlordb depends if you want to burn fat, build muscles or work cardio
If your “buffing up” muscles and your not to fat, you should eat ALOT. . both before and after training. But wait a minimum hour after a big meal. . If you want to burn fat, you must eat minimum 2-3 hours before a training, as less food in your stomatch means more fat burned

@Penguinlordb your exactly right you have to decide. I’d say eat after because you wont cramp up you wont be sweating as much or feel so bloated or full. If you need more energy eat something small with some sugar
@Penguinlordb i would eat and wait a little bit before you workout so you do have energy but you don’t cramp like if you were to go swimming you know wait 45 minutes.
