In my opinion, yes, changes to integrate other muscles of the arm that performs to complete the exercise. Think of your muscles, such as gears, moving a piece, the other gear and moving, which makes these devices work well. Looking for a study on this subject. Take a look in the mirror the next time you try these exercises. When I do these exercises to look in the mirror of my heart is bending and working to do the job. I will continue to investigate.

this burn my fat belly? I have a problem with my upper abs. the problem we have now is to burn fat in the lower abdominals. is ugly to see.

Good job on the video, I came across this after watching the training video Spartacus. I do not practice yesterday and real Spartacus was intense I loved it. I tested this too. Currently, I weigh 169, I’m 24 and I’m 5’8”, who is 240 pounds at 36% body fat 2 years ago. . . I’ll watch the rest of his videos for more.

Uf 45 minutes is sufficient. However, I would consider this point for instructors who are perfection. Good training. He tried and ABS are not happy with me, lol.
