06h30-it is very difficult to guess. but on one side, I can do it perfectly, but on the other side is impossible. burn belly fat? Im doing this exercise in the second time since yesterday. Hope it helps. thank you

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! This exercise is excellent. . . actually better than my snobbish Pilates Studio, and not have to drive 20 minutes in the snow and cold to get there! (You can even do it in my pajamas if I want! “) So glad I found this. . . I can not wait to try all the videos you’ve posted here. . . . . Oh, and do not say thank you? !

Oooo, I’m very happy to enjoy the video! I took a dance class in high school and we had to do Pilates to heat and lost as the sizes of trousers 3. Unfortunately, I had dance classes next year if I won my weight. Ive wanted to start doing again, but could not recall any of the exercises. But the video is perfect! Thank you!
