i’ve just started to do these exercises,hope they will work ’cause i need cute legs this summer! wish me luck;:)
this will help my thighs and calves become smaller and more toned right? xD
i have a question though. when i dont tighten up my calves, its all just hanging there. however, when i do use my calf muscle, the bulk of it seems to be muscle. so is that actually fat or muscle? o. O

Yes it will help to lengthen your thighs. When you’re doing the exercises, think of reaching your legs as long as you possibly can and grow tall in your spine at the same time, it really stretches you out.
It will help give your skinny legs nice definition but it probably won’t make them thicker. Add squats to your workouts for more muscle in your bottom and thighs.
I love the enthusiasm! You’ll probably be sore enough to notice a difference immediately but please take care of yourself and back off to once a day if you find it makes you too sore.
How long do you think i’ll notice a difference if i do this twice every day

Yes this will change your legs, it won’t make them longer but they will look leaner because it lengthens and tones your muscles. Mr. Pilates, the creator of these exercises used to say: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference in 20 you’ll see the difference and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body. “
