Who taught this woman herself! The whole purpose is stabilisation of the pelvis in neutral natural s shape of spine + shoulders, ribcage. Does her pelvis move! Use leg as weight to challenge while keeping pelvis still so deep stabilisers work to keep pelvs still. . If feel pelvis rocking drop a level bend legs. These are advanced moves and no help to strengthen your deep abs if you are weak, if you did all you’ll the wrong muscles. Pilates with Gail

dont think she has the best pilates technique, but these moves done well will sure to be beneficial. . .
technique is atrocious actually really bad more so on the plank 2 “finger tips are relaxed you can move your head around” you shouldnt move your head bad for the neck and elbow and wrists should be 90 degree angle to shoulder and straight not holding the other hand

Your insane!!! You have completely bastardized the original methd and dumbed down to a level that would have Joseph Pilates turning in his grave. That was not the double leg lowers and your doing too many repetitions. It’s about quality not quantity. I suspect your just using the good name of Pilates to make yourself some cash conning people like this. You cannot even perform your own dumbed down movements correctly!!
omg! i’m so out of shape. my first time through, i couldn’t do the full number of reps for each exercise. thanks so much for the vids. i’ll try and keep at it 3x a week.
I just started this today and it’s awesome. Hard, but awesome. You really do feel like your abs and butt are working. I am going to do this three times a week for a leaner, fit, toned body.
This is an excellent workout. I did it this a. m. and I really felt like I was in an actual pilates class. I will definitely be doing this 3 times a week!

about, maybe a little less with pilates and weights mainly and cardio once a week
did it take you 11 months to get the six pack???
can i loose a little bit of tummy fat doing this???
I heard that you are supposed to do it atleast 5x a week

its better to keep your knees bent more when you bring your legs down (otherwise your hip flexers will be helping more than your lower abs)

I’ve done some other pilates workouts but this one is good IT BUUUURNS it hurts gooood. I love it I hope to get abs like her.
Part one and two are really good. Is better than doing the classic ones.
