Hello, what are the best exercises if you want to be very strong but not heavy, I will not build muscle as I am a gymnast and kickboxer, I would be very light but very strong.

the first year you have to go through everything you need to do is reach the shoulders of the seat 10 inches. Improving the effort in the exercise and makes it more difficult

@ Nice Variations leemhayward shown here. It is a good way of things confusing in the routine. Personally I can not do it, my hip flexors are too tight, and I have to stretch all the time + I’m having trouble sleeping due to back pain im getting (the table is the only thing you can do). Anyway. . . good exercises, and basic information on the importance of body fat.
@ JBoogz8732En Not really, but the key to the ABS is your diet. You can not train a bad diet. Yes do cardio extraordinary work the abs, etc. using. But you need to plan based on a loss of fat in the diet to burn stubborn body fat and reveal your abs. In fact, I covered a lot of things about my diet extreme fat loss DVD is available on my site.

If I focus on cardio on weight training to affect my muscle growth ?????. . . my body where I want it, but my abs are not there yet. . . . . . . I really want to focus my abs, but do not want my effect on muscle growth, if I lift less weight. . .
@ Sides Bosanac32001Su (ie oblique) muscles come into play to stabilize all of these movements. Personally, I do not really focus on my abs a lot because I have a size “gross” and I do not want because it is thicker.

@ GMnationLa diet and cardio are essential to the loss of body fat. Personally, I do cardio one day when I am preparing for a bodybuilding competition.
DUDE IM your fan. . I have a question here. . i train mainly because I want to withdraw my belly fat. . Tho building my body is pretty good. . but also training for the strengthening of the body. . but I do tend to do cardiovascular exercises. . Can you tell me what is the best thing to do to lose my belly fat? XD do squats work?

@ Dvega1Hay a diet rich in proteins regardless of if you’re training to build mass or fat loss. Personally I use protein supplements throughout the year to help me meet my protein needs.
Is it important to drink buttermilk every day? I mean I’m not tryin to loose but just look. . I use the gym four times a week, does not mean takin muscle repair serum while the other three days. . . . I also play football, it gives me a good cardio Sunday. . .

But he said that this is not a member gimnasioHe tried P90X workout for ABS for almost a month and feel good, but I see a great workout here if I do, obviously, training that I can make the machine pulley to the crisis pechopor SO 2 sets of 25 repetitions of each exercise and more minutes about 1 by 2 sets of plates b right?
