@ Kdkfilms08 the summit at the top of your biceps is to turn the wrist to the left. In other words, turn your finger to the head. I hope that made sense. Without any weight, just look at his biceps by turning the handle toward you and away from you to see how he responds.

I started to do the last workout a few days ago, but I had to pause because I extended my arm above (strightened so far), it hurts a lot now lol.
Thus, in all these vids intense, there Yoga? It is good to be strong and flexible! So I learned with P09X. Love hit the weights, but Yoga is the icing on the cake!
