you can not do the same workout for more than 3 weeks or your body gets used to it and you can not push more. 3 weeks meaning of that great and you burn more fat or gain muscle mass you want. train schedules i 11 a week and abs get “no big deal

Mon Frid lifting weights. . . and (Sat Sun Sat interval training that usually basketball Tuesday Wednesday with the weekend), a question for the abdominals. . I dropped a fat little stomach. . lose much, but now Stil. . . do u recommend doing AB exercises if there is still a layer of fat covering it? i. E i shud me concentrate on doing my interval training and forget ab exercises start to show til tney? Now, I’m still new DNG sí.gracias ABS

I workout pretty doing squats only heavyweight (20kg) 20repsX6 what you think is better or 20 (kg) of body weight or x20reps (noweight) and 50-60reps? abdominal real squats I do not mean boring if I did representatives of the two
