I’m pretty ambivalent about abdominal exercises. It is impossible to fat loss “goal” of a specific area, do not miss an overall percentage of fat in general. As is the case of enlargement of the abdomen beyond its size and natural sound while worn on the body of a 12% fat, do a stomach more or less flat. The muscle you have, however, you burn more calories than sitting, so you burn fat and reveal your abdominal muscles that are already there, hidden, chest muscles and your thighs instead!
